Allegheny Contracting is a safety oriented pipeline/utility contractor. We pride ourselves in taking excellent care of our clients and treating our employees like family. With that in mind, our goal is to promote from within, any qualified individuals who are interested in improving their position within the company.
We provide a wide selection of health, dental, and vision policies to choose from after a 90 day waiting period. We have a supplemental insurance company that offers life, disability, critical illness, accident and cancer insurance. In order to keep up with the rising cost of insurance, the company provides a monthly contribution to help offset this cost. The amount increases incrementally based on tenure.
Additionally, after a one year waiting period we offer a retirement plan and 1 week of vacation. The retirement plan is a 401K which Allegheny Contracting matches up to 3% of the employees contribution. The vacation can be accrued if it is not used in the year it is earned (up to 4 weeks).
We also offer a generous reimbursement for any employee who wishes to get their CDL license while employed with us. Due to the nature of our business, we also have routine training to keep up with the changes in the industry.
